Ardi Batmanghelidj -
President
Through the merger of his company with Innovatum,
in 2001, Ardi Batmanghelidj took on the challenge of business development,
achieving an average double digit growth each year. He is also instrumental
in product functionality design and delivery to market.
Prior to joining Innovatum, Batmanghelidj was president of Data
By Design, Inc. which he led for 19 years. During that time he and
his colleagues developed application software for some of the world’s
most prominent companies, including Bristol-Myers Squibb, Staples,
DuPont Pharmaceuticals, Dial Corp., ITT- Sheraton Hotels, Kendall
Healthcare, Cabot Corp., Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Smith and
Nephew Dyonics, Veryfine Juices, Welch's and Fidelity Investments.
Using streamlined methodologies for managing the software development
life cycle, Batmanghelidj has successfully completed projects with
extremely aggressive deliverables. He has also rescued projects
that have gone astray and which required significant rework and
recovery. His skills include translating business needs into functional
requirements, managing the development life cycle, implementation
and training.
Batmanghelidj holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political
Science from the University of Massachusetts. He has additional
certifications in programming from the Computer Processing Institute,
in Lotus Notes development from Boston University, and in client/server
programming and web technologies from the Worcester Polytechnic
Institute.
Dana Buker - Vice President
Operations
Dana Buker joined Innovatum in April 2002. During
his tenure he has established and administered Innovatum’s
operational procedures. Also, having been employed in the pharmaceutical
industry for over 20 years, he has provided training and guidance
to company personnel to facilitate knowledge and understanding of
FDA regulations. This translates to the implementation of practices
that provide for the compliance needs of Innovatum’s customers.
His 20 plus-year history within the industry has also yielded intra-industry
relations with many industry decision makers working at more than
20 of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies. These
relationships have resulted in significant benefits to Innovatum
and its customers.
Prior to joining Innovatum, Buker held a variety of staff and management
positions in the pharmaceutical industry. He has been a purchasing
officer, planning supervisor, production supervisor, MRP consultant,
business systems manager, and manufacturing systems project leader.
His most recent position as an employee in the industry was Information
Management Project Team leader at Bristol-Myers Squibb Company.
Buker was instrumental in the highly successful implementation of
several validated ERP systems. His last project included implementation
of a manufacturing execution systems (MES) aimed at improving manufacturing
data control and processes in a pharmaceutical setting using real-time
data collection for Weigh & Dispense operations.
Buker has written or contributed to several published articles on
the improvement of business processes through technology. One of
these articles won a Silver Inkwell award. His professional affiliations
include the American Production & Inventory Control Society
(APICS) and Instrumentation Systems and Automation Society (ISA).
Buker has served as an officer of several industry groups, including
a term as president of SSA's Pharmaceutical User Group. Buker holds
an Associate Degree in Computer Science, a Bachelor of Science in
Business Administration, and a Masters of Business Administration
from Suffolk University, Boston.
Ron Kohlhorst - Vice
President Product Development
Ron Kohlhorst joined Innovatum in 2001. He has
helped develop all products currently available through Innovatum.
Kohlhorst is now in charge of product development within Innovatum.
Kohlhorst also manages all support activities for Innovatum's products,
which enjoy an almost 100% satisfaction rating among its customers.
Kohlhorst began working in the information technology industry in
1982. He has provided design, development, conversion, and support
services to such companies as Chemical Bank, Fidelity, Eastern Mountain
Sports, ITT Sheraton, Marcam Corp., Veryfine Juices, DuPont Pharmaceuticals,
and Bristol Myers Squibb. Working on his own, or as part of a team,
Kohlhorst has completed all projects utilizing full project life
cycle, extensive documentation and testing strategies, and comprehensive
user training.
Kohlhorst also handled all of the production support for three DuPont
Pharmaceuticals sites. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance
from Seton Hall University and has additional certifications for
client/server programming and web technologies from Worcester Polytechnic
Institute. |
