ROPICS - The base components and infrastructure

The ROPICS base is validated software which provides for the ability to perform purchase order receipts, put-aways, transfers, adjustments, cycle counting and label printing, including the printing of bar code labels. It supports the ability to pick and ship product and connections to Logistics Pro and other proprietary shipping servers. The manufacturing transactions of the base product provide for the ability to perform shop order receipts, issues and kit movements.

ROPICS Weigh – Enhanced Manufacturing Capabilities

Building upon the infrastructure of the base product, the advanced manufacturing module provides the ability to perform bills of material maintenance and automated weigh and charge processes. This MES system is today responsible for the correct and validated manufacturing of several household medicines. ROPICS Weigh can be implemented with or without most of the base components in place.
