I am mainly involved in supporting our products. I am first in line for all emergency support calls. I am involved in new installations and upgrades. I also help guide our customer’s connections with the ESG and the GUDID by helping with certificates and xml submission configuration through xslt. I have also handled many customer validation efforts. I have worked in the life sciences as a consultant for almost 30 years and have been involved in many ERP implementations.

Back in December 2018, I started working for Innovatum as a Documentation Support and Analyst Intern. My tasks included assisting with help text documentation, risk assessment, and assisting with quality assurance testing. I have since been promoted to a full-time Quality Assurance Tester where I am currently involved with reviewing, writing, and executing test scripts and test plans.

But my most critical role at Innovatum is as Head Turkey Fryer for our company Thanksgiving feast every year.

I am looking forward to transitioning these skillsets at Innovatum to assist clients. My goal as a label designer is to coordinate well with clients and project managers and create efficient labels with due diligence. I come to Innovatum with many years of medical and industrial manufacturing experience. I am familiar with the manufacturing process from customer order to shipment of products. Over the years, I have been involved in various areas in manufacturing, change control, label design (Bartender and ROBAR), label printers, barcodes, GUDID management, GTINS, project management, database creation and management, new item setup and spec maintenance, ERP and PLM implementation and validation. All of this, I will leverage to collaborate with our customers to understand their needs and help deliver an exceptional outcome.
