Solutions by scale

Your first real labeling system.

The system most growing manufacturers actually outgrow is a folder of Word templates, a desktop label editor and one person who knows how it all fits together. The cost of that is not visible until an audit or a recall makes it visible.

This is you if…

Checkable statements rather than adjectives. If most of these are true, this is the right page.

  • Label templates living in a shared drive, with the current version identified by its filename
  • Change history that exists as an email thread, if it exists at all
  • One or two people who are the only ones who can produce a correct label
  • A first regulated market, or a first customer, asking questions your current process cannot answer
  • Desktop label software that cannot tell you who changed a template or why

What makes it hard.

The audit asks for what you do not keep.

Not the label but the history of the label: who changed it, when, why, and what else that change touched. A shared drive does not hold that, and reconstructing it after the request is the worst time to try.

Key-person risk is a labeling risk.

When correct labels depend on one person's knowledge of which file is current, their holiday is a production risk and their resignation is a compliance one.

Growth breaks the workaround.

The process that works at one site with four printers does not survive a second site, a second market, or a contract manufacturer, and it usually fails at the worst possible moment, during a launch.

Replacing a system twice costs more than buying once.

A tool bought to fit today gets replaced when you grow, and in a regulated environment the replacement is not just a purchase: it is a migration and a revalidation.

What changes.

  1. The full control model at one site.

Change management with reason capture, complete audit history, electronic signature for 21 CFR Part 11. Not a reduced tier of governance: the same one the largest deployments run.

  2. Growth is configuration, not replacement.

Adding a site, a market, users or printers extends the deployment you already have. The shape of the system does not change as you grow, so you do not buy this twice.

  3. Migration off the shared drive.

RONOVA is built for data migration from what you have now, and for configuration against how you actually work rather than a fixed process you have to adopt.

  4. Printing that matches your line.

Web-based printing workflows are configured to the production printing process you run, rather than requiring you to change the line to suit the software.

  5. A published starting price.

Approximately $40,000 a year for a base deployment. You can decide whether this is a conversation worth having before you have it.

Questions at this scale.

What does RONOVA cost for a single site?

A base deployment starts at approximately $40,000 a year as an annual SaaS subscription, covering one manufacturing site with a core set of users and printers and the full control model: change management, audit trail and electronic signature. The final figure depends on configuration, and the published pricing page sets out what moves it.

Do we get less compliance capability on a smaller deployment?

No. The control model is the product, not a tier of it: change management with reason capture, full audit history and electronic signature for 21 CFR Part 11 are present in a single-site deployment. What scales with the tier is size (sites, users, printers and markets) not governance.

What happens when we add a second site?

It extends the deployment you already have rather than replacing it. Sites, users, printers and markets are configuration, so the system's shape does not change as you grow and there is no second implementation and revalidation to pay for.

Can we migrate our existing label templates?

Yes: data migration from existing label systems and template libraries is part of how RONOVA is deployed. What is involved depends on what you are moving from, so it is worth walking through your current templates in a working session rather than estimating it cold.
